The Leopards punched their ticket to the Super 7 at Jordan Hare Stadium tonight by defeating T.R.Miller 41-21, the same exact score as last week when they beat Gordo. The Tigers got out to a 14-0 lead to the last few minutes of the 2nd quarter. Not so fast in my Lee Corso voice, the Leopards strike right before halftime with a touchdown from Kason Lincke to Deontae Lawson 14-7.
The 2nd half was all Leopards scoring 34 unanswered points and outscoring T.R. Miller in the entire 2nd half. In 3rd quarterback Kason Lincke to Jason Brooks for the touchdown to tie the game at 14-14. Next score wildcat run by Deontae Lawson his 2nd touchdown on the night. The Leopards were not done yet Kason Lincke pass to Toler Keigley for a touchdown 28-14 . Start of the 4th quarter Kason Lincke calls his own number with a QB keeper and runs it in to make the score 35-14. Wait a minute another 4th quarter touchdown Lincke to Toler Keigley for a touchdown 41-14. At the end of the 4th quarter the Tigers run to the endzone 41-21, but it wasn’t enough to get the victory. The Leopards have punched their ticket to the Super 7 where they will play Piedmont who defeated Waltor Welborn tonight 41-7. Dec. 5th at Jordan Hare Stadium 3A State Championship
